Starting the program On the Main Menu, click the Programs tab then click: Reviews - GA632

About the program This program allows you to compose
reviews of plants. It is also used for creating web sites using the Web Page Generator. The Web Projects program GA642 is the more recent method of
generating websites.
Click the "Gardeners" check box to select a list of gardeners in your database,
Click on the ww button to the right side of the Gardeners
check box
3 Select a Gardener from the "Gardeners" pop-up. then Click on the "Add New Review" button
4 Add a title
for the review in the field provided. You may also add notes about the review in the Notes field. Click "Add Review" button to save
changes.
5 The review you added appears in the "Review Descriptions" list. Click the "Done" button
6 You are now back to
the initial screen. If necessary, select the correct Gardener from the pop-up. Select your new review in the "Review Name" pop-up. Click the
"Plants" button (upper left)
7 Select and click once on a plant to be added to the review. Then click on the "Add to review" button
on the right. This adds the plant to the CURRENTLY SELECTED review.
8 Add more plants to the review if you wish, then click the "Reviews"
button (upper right)
9 The plant(s) you added now appear in the "List of plants features in this review" list.
10 Now to add review
notes. Click once on a plant. Type (or copy and paste) your review notes for the selected plant into the text area on the right.
11 There are 2 fields
for web addresses. If you wish, you can use the URL field to store a web address for your favourite web page for the selected plant, and use the PicURL
field for a deep link to the URL of a photo on the internet. Click Ive done this
12 The URL and PicURL dont have to be from the same web site. Its
optional. Did you notice how the "Change" button appeared? Click "Ive done this"
13 The "Change" button appears when
you enter text in any of the edit fields. Be sure to click "Change" to save your work for each plant .
