Starting the program
On the Main Menu, click the File tab then click:
Change Code Page - GA902

About the program
Put simply, this program is for users from countries where special characters are required when writing and reading data in their language.
The default encoding of the computer's locale is used when reading and writing text data to files.
This program allows you to choose a code page to suit your
computers locale.
The program applies the selected code page to each database file in the Ideas Genie database.
