Starting the program
On the Main Menu, click the File
tab then click:
Re-Index Files - GA682
The initial screen GA682S01 looks like this (in
this case its a similar screen used in Bank Genie):-

About the program
This program Re-Indexes the files in the selected database.
You may run this as often
as you wish, or when instructed by the support team
at ideasforgardens.com.
More info:
In very rare
circumstances this program may be necessary to fix a corrupted file index.
A file index may become corrupted when a computer is powered off when the Bank
Genie
system is in use
Using the program
We
recommend you do a backup immediately before using this program..
If backup was not taken, Exit the Re-Index program and do a backup (Use Program BS681)
Then
restart the Re-Index program
When you start the Re-Index program the initial screen looks like this:
